Toured with Carley and she was so amazing she was very patient and answered all of my questions! I love the community and i would recommend going to tour with Carley
Lived here for about a year, no maintenance issues with the apartment but the property managers are nowhere to be seen and impossible to get ahold of. I have called and spoken to 8 or 9 different people over 3 months trying to get renewal leasing information, and have been passed around and around. They can never keep anyone in the office and when they say they’ll be available to speak in person the office is closed with no one on sight. I love East 12 Lofts for so many reasons it is hard to know where to begin. We just renewed our lease for 18 months. The maintenance staff is exemplary. Shout out to Matthew and Bernardo. They respond to requests right away and go above and beyond to solve your issues. They are friendly and competent. We appreciate Matthew going out of his way to help get the community room ready for our birthday party. Melynda and Rachel have worked with us before to resolve minor issues.
