Using this service is a mistake, especially if you have competent and experienced dental office team members. The amount of mistakes and lack of communication between Eassist team members and our office lead to us choosing to write this review. We chose to use this service due to transitioning a new Doctor into the practice, catching up on accounts receivables, and give time to our office manager to work on other tasks.
