Horrible customer service experience – I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate for some repairs on our floors. I had taken off from work, and they never showed up. After 3 messages, I got a call back, 2 and 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I spoke with Amanda who said they had decided our job wasn't big enough for them to come give us an estimate, and they weren't coming. I never received an apology.
