Billing department is substandard. They rarely reply, rarely respond to requests for feedback. It is important to note that there has been a lack of communication. Please be aware of this. I've told summer time and time again I can't do appointments before 5. She persistently pushes for appointments anyway. My child has been going here a year now and she claims to see no progress like thats my fault. We are here on court order. If your court ordered to take counseling do not pick this place. They will milk your pocket and your insurance for as long as they can. They don't care about you or your child. Don't give them your debit info either cause they make charges without your consent.
At first this seemed great but it has become apparent the therapist and facility are just around for a paycheck. constantly changing or canceling appointments. She seems to run her own show and does whatever she wants in there and she obviously does not care about the patient. Cant get ahold of anyone in the office to speak to about this is they dont seem to care either.. not the place to get good therapy for a child that needs a routine.
Office wasn't willing to do the research into my insurance and refused to accept, bill or negotiate with insurance after being contacted by them. - We have open access, so no issue with being "in network". Very frustrating. Don't recommend Eason as they only make it more difficult for someone who needs help to get it. I wish I could leave a NO star review.
