Sorry, I hit the wrong button. But, I'm going to continue my review.. The patient technician, called me before my appointment to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack. When I told her no, she said see you soon then. The NP listened to me, but didn't help me much either. Sent me for an X-ray and sending a referral to my Orthopedic Doctor. She didn't offer me a prescription for steroids or something that would reduce the swelling, really fast. She said to get a tube of Voltarin instead. If I could leave 0 stars I would. It’s sad because no one in the office was rude to myself or my husband but rather Dr. Patel. If you are looking for compassion, knowledge, and someone who is willing to help do not utilize her. This doctor went as far as to place inaccurate information about my husband in his chart notes. He has been someone who dealt with long covid, which she stated she was unaware of what that was and we should have known then, but refuses to continue the treatment plan that has worked best for him that o... read more
