I dont know why everyone is bashing Mr. Easley on here. I made one phone call when my step-dad and his new wife kidnapped my daughter. With just a few questions asked from Mr. Easley, he said that is what happened they kidnapped your daughter, and with no questions asked he went to bat for me. He understood how I felt. I agree with all the above complaints about Chuck Easley . He has put me off lied to me and hung up on me twice . He is running fir circuit court judge . Please do not vote for this man . If he can't do a simple divorce no children , no property and no contest then how is going to handle affairs for the circuit court . He needs to be barred .
I can confirm the reviews below. Office is a mess...no extreme mess. He wants to pull an Al Bundy and talk about his past, not your case. Extremely SLOW. He has NEVER returned a phone call and I left about about 9 to 10 messages over a 7 day period. Not impressed at all. I would avoid. I should have avoided. :(
This is a sorry excuse for a human being let alone an attorney. He's sloppy, his office is a wreck and he likes to talk about himself. He'll blow smoke when you first see him and act like he cares about your case, but he couldn't care less. He wants your money. He's late on all filings, and when you ask for the status of your case, he tells you about his health or personal investments then charges $200.00 per hour for his mindless rants.
