I've used them for 4 years or so at multiple properties. I book twice yearly. The staff is great and scheduling via email is a breeze. It runs about $300 (plus tip) for my 12 exterior windows. Pocs for size reference. They clean the screens also!

I have a large house with casement style windows and some floor to ceiling windows. The team, Justin and Ethan, arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and efficient and also very considerate about cleanliness. They managed screens and blinds with care, and did an outstanding job cleaning the tracks on the windows. My windows look beautiful! I have been using this company for years with great satisfaction. These two young men have been really outstanding, however.

Pretty disappointed. We booked Ease Your Panes based on their stellar reviews, but we weren't impressed with the quality of their window cleaning and professionalism. While the window glass was cleaned satisfactorily, the dirty water from the cleaning landed on the sills and casings on the inside and outside of the house for just about all of the windows. The windows of the condo I leased had not been washed in years. My landlord required them to be “sparkling clean” on move out & considering what they had to work with from broken windows, mismatched & broken screens, scratches in the glass, etc., Josh & Ethan, my window techs, made that happen!!! Thanks for working your magic guys!!🙏. Lindsay was also great in coordinating & accommodating my urgent request for service. Ease Your Panes definitely deserves its 5 star rating with these folks on board!!!

I didn't have the best experience with this company but after I called David Ennis with my comments, he came straight around and redid the job himself. He certainly knows what he is doing and the result was wonderful. I trust him completely and will employ his company again for all my future window cleaning work. My windows are sparkling!
