I had a very pleasant experience working with Ease Your Panes. Lindsay in the office was great about getting me scheduled / she seemed very organized. David (who came out to do the work) was polite and really went above and beyond. They got my gutters cleaned out and were able to get some really built up gunk removed. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the leaf material responsibly. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I've used them for 4 years or so at multiple properties. I book twice yearly. The staff is great and scheduling via email is a breeze. It runs about $300 (plus tip) for my 12 exterior windows. Pocs for size reference. They clean the screens also!

I have a large house with casement style windows and some floor to ceiling windows. The team, Justin and Ethan, arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and efficient and also very considerate about cleanliness. They managed screens and blinds with care, and did an outstanding job cleaning the tracks on the windows. My windows look beautiful! I have been using this company for years with great satisfaction. These two young men have been really outstanding, however.

I'm not sure if that's technically supposed to be included in the scope or not, but it seems like it should be. After notifying the business of the issue, we never heard b... read more

Josh came to clean my windows today and did an excellent job! I have REALLY high ceilings and he did a great job getting the windows that were up really high. He was also really nice to my crazy dogs, which I truly appreciated!
