Terrible service. Have been a customer of theirs for many years, Today had appointment for 6 mo check and to order new hearing aids. There is a new audiologist, Kevin, When I asked to order new hearing aids, He said they will be the same as the ones you have now. I agreed and said thats what I want, Kevin says I cant do that without a new hearing test and I dont have time today.
