Never again. He told me “in by 11, out by 5” . I took my lawnmower to Mr. Shaw on 4/10/25 and as of 4/25/25, the lawnmower still is not fixed until I tell him to keep it and I’ll see him in court. Earthworks Mr. Shaw, On Thursday, April 10 2025 at approximately 10:15 when we spoke on the phone, you told me if the lawnmower was in your shop by 11 o’clock it would be out by 5:00 pm. I was pulling into your driveway at 10:51 am. Upon your instruction I left a $20 deposit for a diagnosis and estimate; which I never received.
