Just had my flower bed/stone edging redone by the guys at Earthworks Landscaping. Amazing work by them, I can't find any complaints about the work nor service. From the initial call, outreach and coordination with Julissa to the work onsite with James, whom I'm grateful was present - two factors I appreciate (someone at the office and another on site). Earthworks installed a fibreglass pool and interlock stone at our home in Oakville and we could not be happier with the results. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Amazing team and so professional! Happy to recommend them to anyone considering a pool and/or landscaping project.
We have asked for a pool liner quote, lighting, cover, heater and fittings. Jason has made an appointment: nobody came or called us. When we called, again, to ask what had happened: again they promised to come by and never came, never called as well. Pool service, poor response, poor attitude.
