I have nothing but great things to say about the Earth tech staff that comes weekly to our home. They are so friendly and so agreeable to do anything we ask. They even poop scoop the grass with a great attitude. Really appreciate their customer service and our yard looks great.
No call no showed my appointment then ignored my calls and sent them to voicemail
I am only giving one atar so I can leave a review. These guys pull into the parking lot of my work and sit in the truck for 20-30 minutes and then leave. When they do get out they do the bare minimum if that. I have tried to talk to them about it and they just ignore me and continue on with pretending to work. They are supposed to do whatever in the morning but most of the time they show up during our peak hours and use the leaf blower while we have customers in the drive thru.
