Several times I have had words with the employees about speeding in our private community. Speed limit in McMullen Cove is 20MPH NOT 45-50MPH. I have called office several times over the last 2 months about the issue, NO RESPONSE NO CALLBACKS. CONTINUED OFFENSES WILL RESULT IN TRESPASS WITH YOUR COMPANY
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! BEWARE OF SCAM. Eli (Owner) came to my home and I showed him exactly what I wanted done which was to replace “1” valve and “1” sprinkler head. Without my knowledge, they cut down my shrubs, replaced “4” sprinkler valves because they said they decided on their own that they were too close together??!! Charged me $723.00. They broke the lines taking them out and they replaced sprinkler heads that did not need to be replaced and messed up all the wiring and two sprinkler heads don’t even operate so 25... read more
We had Earthscapes give us an estimate for bi-weekly lawn care. We paid in advance for the first month as requested. The job was below average. We sent a written notice of 30 days as requested to terminate service as we were unhappy. They never came to finish out the agreement. They then offered to refund our payment. They have now postponed this refund multiple times using multiple excuses. I would never spend significant money with a company with such poor follow through and communication.
