The first project that was done was okay but they used the wrong color bark. I had specifically requested, in writing, that dark brown mulch be used for the entire back yard. When I got home from work I was surprised to see red bark which I do not like at all. They gave me a small adjustment on the price but I have to live with looking at red bark for the next year. Very pleased with the deck replacement job they did. I called back several months later however to get some additional work done and they never called me back.
Dan worked with us on install and price. They removed and replaced 110' of fence in 3 days in bad weather. A little mess to clean up after they left, but we are happy with the fence and the price. I would hire Earthscapes again.
Responded to me immediately. Gave me a quote and came in on budget & on time. Showed up daily, very nice, picked up all scrap lumber. Checked in with me to make sure it looked the way I wanted. I have a beautiful fence and would refer this company to anyone that asked me. It took me forever to attempt to get quotes from others and I was so pleasantly surprised at how professional and responsive this company is (Dan Allen).
They did a very good job and the fence extended to the house next door.
