Not a good experience. Made an appointment with Jason to look at our project. He mentioned that it would take about a week to do the design. Called multiple times 2 weeks later with no response. Call the office and was told we needed to talk to Jason. Will not be using them
I am so happy with my new landscaping! Right from the start, with Jason coming out to take photographs and the designer showing me what the yard would look like with the new plants, was very impressive! The team of installers did such a great job. I highly recommend this company.
I called to have somebody come out and give me an estimate for a 20 by 20 spot in my front yard I was put on the books and told there was an opening for somebody to come out and give me an estimate then an hour later I was called back and said that they couldn't come out to give me an estimate for 3 weeks and that they wouldn't be able to do the work probably until the end of July beginning of August which honestly would have been fine however I couldn't understand how if I have an appointment already scheduled all the sudde... read more
Wouldn't answer phone, left message, no return call,sent an email, no reply, finally someone answered the phone and got told we don't deliver more than ten miles AFTER viewing on the website to call for a quote over 25 miles all this after getting a flyer in the mail saying they want my business and I'm 30 miles away!!!! Took my business elsewhere and gladly paid more
We are very happy with the work done by Jason and his crew. Jason is friendly, punctual and very easy to work with-he is willing to share his ideas while also incorporating your ideas into a plan. Earthscapes designed and installed a patio, landscaping and a lawn for our new home. Very pleased with it all - and it was all completed before the initial date promised!
Simply the best
Had to have my lawn completely redone. Poor job and false promises.
