Had an outstanding experience shopping here Saturday 12/9/17. Excellent product choice and the service we received was above superior. Thank you to associate Melissa for making our shopping excursion so enjoyable, especially when trying to pick out the items for my sick, picky hubby that couldn't be with me!! Great store! Spent quite a bit on good quality items. The problem is - they did not have a size 3 in Sorels so we had to order them. I was assured the boots would be in in one week if they sent them to their store in Grand Haven (I live in Grand Rapids) so I agreed. I’ve called many times and they were going to “check” on them. No one knew what was going on every time I called! No return phone calls, no boots. Spoke with someone this weekend who will hopefully get back with me today. If not - it’s time for a refund. Just bought a kayak, paddle and rack from there. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I missed out on the free kayak testing, but bought a demo on sale and am very happy with it. Will definitely go back in the future.
