Had an outstanding experience shopping here Saturday 12/9/17. Excellent product choice and the service we received was above superior. Great store! Spent quite a bit on good quality items. The problem is - they did not have a size 3 in Sorels so we had to order them. I was assured the boots would be in in one week if they sent them to their store in Grand Haven (I live in Grand Rapids) so I agreed. I’ve called many times and they were going to “check” on them. No one knew what was going on every time I called! No return phone calls, no boots. Spoke with someone this weekend who will hopefully get back with me today. If not - it’s time for a refund. Just bought a kayak, paddle and rack from there. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I missed out on the free kayak testing, but bought a demo on sale and am very happy with it. Will definitely go back in the future.
