I highly recommend Earthquake Tech for seismic retrofits! I solicited three bids for this admittedly pricey project (~$5200 for my 750 sq ft home with a basement/crawlspace, no cripple walls, gas valve shutoff included), and Earthquake Tech's bid was very competitive. The clincher was that they included the price of the epoxy for the bolts in their bid (the competition did not). Taylor was very responsive, communicative, and educational during the sales process.
