WOW! Talk about customer service! I ordered a funeral arrangement on behalf of my company from out of town so it wasn't like I was getting something for myself or would even see the arrangement -- or so I thought! During our initial phone conversation, Dan suggested variations and after I chose one of his suggestions, he described in detail how he planned to make the arrangement. Perfect.
