We had our install last Sept. and couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone we worked with was so professional and helpful. We had one issue after installation due to a miscommunication and they came out and corrected it at no cost and ensured that we were satisfied. That kind of customer service is rare but so appreciated!
We just finished our first full "PGE Year" with our panels smoothly providing all our electric needs. We chose this company because they had the best technology going on the roof and in the garage. Plus, the installers (Jordan Sinn and his team} listened to our requests and went the proverbial extra mile to get permission and place the shut-off in an unobtrusive location. We had our install in May and had it turned on in early June. The process was easy, the system cost-effective and everyone involved at Earthlight was great. So far, two months of not paying for electricity generation plus banking a lot of KwH for the winter. I'm like an electricity squirrel. Thanks to everyone.
Every single person we've worked with at Earthlight, from Dillon the sales engineer to John and Jake the project managers, Erin the office manager, and the electricians and roofing crew, has been amazing! The process was very smooth and easy for us as the homeowners. We are saving tens of thousands of dollars and were able to help support small business by using a local company such as Earthlight. The best part was when Jake showed up today with a pie to say "thank you." Thank YOU!
