Dear Management, I am writing to formally dispute Invoice #14529 for $1,240.85 related to a recent service call to diagnose my WaterFurnace system. The appointment was handled by xxxx from Earthheat. It took approximately one week for your company to respond to my service request. When the technician arrived, he brought a trainee and remained at my home for approximately 41 minutes. Earthheat has gone from top-notch winner in my book to big fat loser. They installed my gas water heater a year ago, and to great avail, so of course that is who I called to do a furnace maintenance call prior to winter. I scheduled an appointment, which was confirmed by Jessica in the office. A week later I got a "confirmation of appointment" reminder email by Jessica.
