8 am appointment checked in at 7:30 am gave me a door right away, its 5:00 PM and trailer hasn’t even moved yet, they wait until the truck gets here to start making your load ready. Place is going into my “do not go” list 🤮
Do not pick up a load from this facility, they will hold you for at least 5 hours making it close to impossible to deliver in time and refuse to pay detention. They should do better and have some respect for drivers doing the hard work.
