Do not use this service at all!
It has been over 3 months since we dropped off my rug AND cash payment for cleaning. Unable to get my rug or payment back. The owner, Tom Murray, frequently doesn't answer or return calls/texts. Then, when he finally responds, he asks for patience and promises to deliver the next day. Then, he ghosts you again. I am making a police report. I highly advise you to use ANY other rug cleaner.
They do not call you back or message you the job was not done right very disappointed. Not good at all
Tom is not a good guy he abuses time very unprofessional and is not worth your time as well as his wife very very unprofessional people and they don’t actually clean rugs they just use water dish detergent and old rags don’t come here
