First time here and I walked around for a while and was going to purchase but I immediately felt discouraged. They have no customer service, felt like I was invisible. No hi no nothing smh
I absolutely adore this place. I come in somewhat regularly whenever I have some extra money outside of budget. The employees here have genuinely never treated me like a stranger and whenever I interact with them it’s like we’re immediate pals for however long I’m in the store. And when they have deals they always point it out to me but never pressure me into buying more like I’ve experienced at some other stores in the mall. - staff lack a personality and manners, probably should take a class or two on how to do customer service or switch jobs. - had some cool items but most of them are cheap items you can get at a lower price on Amazon. - place was clean and organized for the most part. - overall this place isn't worth the prices or crap customer service.
Clean and friendly
My wife and I visited this store for the first time on Saturday and truly had the best experience. Ryan helped us to find Christmas gifts for our daughter and was one of the most friendly and joyful people I have ever come in contact with, after dealing with rude mall employees all day he really was a breath of fresh air and left a smile on our faces. The store was extremely organized and clean, and the merchandise was high quality and very fairly priced.
