Terrible experience with a return has soured me on this franchise. Their POS system divides discounts (e.g. BOGO 50% off equal or lesser item; but on the receipt, you'll see 25% taken off the pair of eligible items). The discount will NOT be honored during the exchange. The POS system WILL be charge you extra, as if no discount exists. This is a TERRIBLE system, and the MOD said that their hands were tied - i.e., they could not override it.
