I had accidentally ordered a smoothie from the app to the Sunset location (it happens!). I showed up at the Santa Monica location and told them the mistake I made. They were very friendly and helpful and told me to simply call the Sunset location and cancel it. The Sunset location also cancel it quickly and easily and with kindness. Just wanted to shout out both locations! Thank you!
Awesome staff & shakes
The smoothies here are unmatched and super fairly priced. It’s my favorite place to get a smoothie and they never mess up my order - it’s perfectly delicious every time. I love the staff, they’re all so nice and helpful. Earthbar > Erewhon
I love the Muscle Up protein shake after my workouts. The service is always quick and perfect. I go to Earthbar at least four times a week. Highly recommend it!
Love this location because the service is so great! Edwin is always so friendly and remembers me/my order every time I come in. I love the acai bowls here, they’re filling and delish. It’s the perfect snack and even a perfect meal replacement. I akways look forward to visiting and seeing Edwin.
