I’ve had hit or misses with this place. The good times were great! But the customer service is off sometimes. Seems unfair to customers. Like others have said in their reviews, they have closed early without ANY notice or update on Google or anywhere else. I like to drive out to Santa Monica from Lakewood sometimes it takes an hour for me and this used to be one of my stops. I don’t waste my time and gas anymore. Really inconsistent customer service. Last time I went there was 3 workers and NOT ONE acknowledged my existence.... read more
Great smoothies but the workers are not very kind. There was 20 minutes left until closing and the woman working the front essentially refused to place my order and complained that she has already cleaned everything. I walked away without ordering, disappointing overall.
