We have had a few cleanings completed and Everytime they go above and beyond. Wonderful work and nice people. I highly recommend!
Would not recommend this Company , dealt with a lady called Savanna who does not seem to know how e mail works. Very rude and unprofessional !
I was thrilled with the cleaning services provided by Earth Love Cleaning. They were efficient and professional, and my house was sparkling by the time they left. I appreciate that they use non-toxic cleaners with no fragrances, and they were very transparent when I asked about what products they would be using. The communication was great and the pricing was clear upfront. I’m looking forward to my next cleaning!
Would not recommend for STR cleaning. They are very inconsistent and cannot be trusted to do a good job consistently. After a few cleaning jobs, I have found the trash was not changed, dirty sheets, dirty floors, dirty counters, hair, and unreported damage by guests that was not reported to me and more. Following up, the owner always gave me excuses and never followed up with their employees to show actual change. They gave a fair price but not worth the quality of work they provide nor headaches they created.
We have a five-month-old infant and also recently had to do a double move before settling into a new build townhouse. Between the baby, work, and moving, it felt like things were starting to pile up. We hired Earth Love Cleaning thinking they'd do a basic clean, which that alone would have helped us immensely, but the people who came did an amazing job identifying issues around the house and taking care of them without us asking.
