Terrible experience. Got a quote for a gutter installation.....$1100. Accepted quote and 3 weeks later men arrived to install. After questioning why wood blocks that would rot over time were being used to attach the aluminum gutters to my house, the owner was called to job site. Gutters were loaded up on truck and removed from my property. Told me he would return when proper aluminum attachments were made up. Customer is correct - we did propose to do gutter work on her home, however there was no signed contract. A proposal was e-mailed but a signed copy was never returned to us. When the employees arrived at the job site, customer notified the crew of extensive changes she wanted made, including alternate materials being installed, that were not discussed on original proposal.
