Purchased some statues and had them shipped to Dallas. Unfortunately, one showed up broken. I called and let them know. Luisa (general mgr) got on phone and apologized. Without hesitation she immediately said, I will resend you another one and will personally take care of it myself. True to her word... it was here within a few days. What a great store and even better service. Thank you Luisa!!
I love their selection...
Sells fake crystals. Gave them proof - got my money back - still selling same fake crystals! Educate yourself on crystals- this store knowingly sells fake crap.

My all time favorite place for crystals and home decor. The quality and prices are the best I've experienced and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Great local vibes!
This store has an amazing vibe and the owner, Hem, and all the employees are so very nice, knowledgeable and fun. I love everything about this store! I highly recommend you stop in if you are in the Encinitas area. They also have other locations so its best to check their website to find a store near you!
