I just bought some palo santo sticks from down in the valley and the 2 that I burned smell like fire wood! Not like palo santo at all!

I ordered the Jade roller on May 7,2020 after seeing it on GMA and thought I would support small businesses during this pandemic. On June 3rd the roller broke. I sent an email requesting (along with pictures) a refund since I was well within their 30 day policy for returns. After a couple days I had to follow up again and finally I received a response from Helen Myers advising me to return the roller and she provided an address and asked me to provide tracking information. I never leave bad reviews, but I placed an order for Mother's Day with a guarantee that it would arrive in time. The company claims the package was shipped a week ago tomorrow, yet UPS insists they haven't received the package yet. UPS also insists the delay has nothing to do with the current pandemic (what the company's manager blamed it on) and that if the package had been received, it would already be being routed/delivered.
