My boyfriend and I were first timers there yesterday. It was our 1st stop for his birthday surprise of brewery hopping and we are glad it was our 1st! We absolutely loved it! From beer to food to service everything was phenomenal!! We totally recommend this place and are totally returning!
We were in a few weeks back traveling from Pa. Our first time and I must say it left a lasting impression on me!!!! Fantastic place, people and service! And YES the food was to die for!

Great offbeat beers. Excellent food and cozy atmosphere.
Beers are unique, staff is super friendly and helpful, only downfall is no parking of their own but such is Portsmouth.
Favorite bar in town. Please don't tell the tourists.
