I love this place! Come for the yoga and crystals; stay for the cool people that work there- instant friends.
I wish I could have enjoyed all their offerings. Angela was so welcoming, elevating my experience. My yoga sessions with Tayler and Lily were quality and the red light therapy was awesome. I look forward to returning every time I visit. I gained so much knowledge in such a brief time.
You will find the most caring people, wonderful resources, and classes. We're really lucky to have such a special place in Prescott.
I usually love to get to know small shop owners. Sadly, I did not here. The owner is more focused on energy healing and yoga then actually knowing anything about the herbs in the shop. I tried to coordinate a meeting with her about starting some herbal classes at the shop but she was less interested in giving me the time of day and more interested about her next Reiki session. Nice centrally located place for yoga and healing. Angie, the owner, was warm and welcoming. They have many different types of classes. I took the align and flow yoga class, it’s a slower paced class with a lot of helpful pointers for proper alignment which was appreciated!
