What a life saving experience. I had been having hip pain for almost a year now..Went to an orthopedic dr and was diagnosed with bursitis of the hip. Tried cortisone shots, exercise, rest but nothing worked. I thought to myself…is this how I’m going to live for the rest of my life? So I decided to try acupuncture as several of my friends had tried it and what did I have to lose? After 1 session with Dr Yung I felt soooo much better. I was amazed! Would definitely recommend to anyone having chronic pain
For 2-1/2 years I experienced pain in my left hip, is it bursitis? pulled muscle or something? but whatever it was left me hobbling like I was crippled. I've had x-rays and ultra sounds, I did physical therapy, sports therapy and massages, stretching, and nothing would bring less pain. My last effort was turning to acupuncture. I started seeing Dr. Maria Yung about a year ago for Menopausal symptoms. Hot flashes, weight gain, back aches , I was just not feeling good. Dr. Maria is so personable, with a care and concern that lets you know you’ve come to the right place. Dr. Maria will actually talk with you at every visit. Your goals are her goals and you will see that. I look forward to these treatments. I am feeling so much better and owe it to Dr. Maria’s acupuncture knowledge and skill and her willingness to listen and understand her patients.
