Dr. Srour was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the way, and kept open communication throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. The follow up report was thorough and provided all of the information from the visit. What an amazing and satisfying experience! Dr. Srour gave me care above and beyond my expectations. First she listened and asked all the right questions. Then she cleaned my ears and explained everything she was doing in the process. She checked my hearing and made suggestions that were so appropriate for my age and current state of health. she looked at me as well as inside my ears. She gave me quality time and attention...so rare these days. She even makes house calls! She deserves an A++.
