I visited Ears on Main on July 12 and I really appreciate that she accepted and booked me on short-term notice. At that point, my ears have been irritating me because I could feel there was water and salt from having float spa done. The session went well; it was like a spa day for my ears. Warm water flowing in and out of my ears is definitely a sensation you’re not used to, but it was a nice refreshing feeling in the end. Angie was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate with her care. I went to see her with an issue that was causing me quite a bit of anxiety, and she made me feel comfortable and really helped me out in a challenging moment.
This is a special spot. The detailed attention given is top knotch. I've been to several places before. I've never had this level of excellence in either service or results. After tests and servicing my 5 year old hearing aids are working better than they ever have. It's made a big difference to my hearing.
