I wish to reply to the poor review left recently for Ears medical group. I have a profound hearing loss and met Dr. Maw in 2016 when I worked up enough courage to finally ask for a cochlear implant. I had such poor hearing I could not participate in conversation at dinner or in the car or anywhere. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this group. Administration told us to arrive at 12:15pm with no further information. We then had to wait until 1:30pm before we were able to speak to our doctor. We had to come out during the work day for this appointment and were not properly informed of the timing. The entire process has felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to the patients. The doctors here had no problem wasting an hour and 15 minutes of our time just so they can tell us that there is nothing they can ... read more

Dr Maw saw what other doctors and specialists did not, she listened to me when other did not, and she always took the time to explain and answer my questions--even when I was the last patient of the day. Even if you have been told by another Dr that your ear problems are in your head or not of concern, please go see Dr Maw for another opinion.
