Just adding to all of the other reviews here. They are a total scam! Make it seem like you have to do this test to discharge from the hospital, don't give you the option to find someone out patient that is actually in network. They are such a racket. All of these hospitals need to kick them out! So excited to pay $165 on top of everything else that comes with having a baby....
I got re-pissed off about this company over a year later and decided to log into my middle school email and give a 3rd bad review. Have a nice day🫡

As stated by every other single review, this company is preying on mother's of newborns who just underwent major surgery. They come in to offer a test and do not differentiate themselves from the actual hospital staff. My wife delivered at an in network facility, so one would expect in network services. They come to hospital less than 48 hours after your child is born and tell you to sign the documents for a state mandated test. They do not accept any insurance. They do not verbally tell you that you can decline the service at that time. Phone representative said I should have called while I was at the hospital if I had any questions. They operate a shady business where they prey on incredibly tired and stressed new parents.
