If you want to be ripped off . .. . I was very dissapointed in the service I recieved here. I felt like I was taken advantage of just because I am female and don't know much about cars. These dealership is overpriced and takes their sweet time in getting things done. I wouldn't go here or tell any of my friends to go here!
Wish I would have gone somewhere else I really regret going to Earnhardt Toyota to buy my car. I am a single mom and was worried about making a good choice that I could be very happy with. A couple of the guy in the Mr. Ed Dept. were very pushy and did not care if I chose the right car, all they cared about was pushing me into a sale. They made a sale but not a loyal customer. Oil changes/diagnostics We take our Toyota here for standard oil changes. The wait area is nice especially if you have kids. They schedule to your convenience. Staff is courteous. They also give you a complimentary car wash with the oil change. Diagnostics are also performed.
Wow factor! I originally went in to Earnhardt to trade my Venza in for another Venza, but ended up buying an FRS. The main reason why is because of a wonderful young man named Tony. At first, I didn't even want to drive the FRS because I wanted to drive it with my husband and really wanted my husband to meet Tony. Tony was really attentive and brought down both an automatic and manual transmission for us to test drive. He explained every feature and honestly didn't even try selling us the car.
