Horrible experience. We got sold a lemon in March of 2024. Experience: very first oil change on the new car, the vehicle was kept over 4 hrs while we waited. Received car and expecting oil to be changed, we get home check oil and it was never replaced... so they lied. Then the car started to have an oil leak which has had to be brought back 4 different times to the service center for. Each time being told leak was fixed but never fixed. Well the leak continued. My mother went in for a diagnostic and explained to service that a couple mechanics couldn’t find what was wrong with my car. He specifically told me that they were certified technicians more like take advantage of an old lady....that's a joke... she sat in her car for 15 min and NO one came to help me.. You can't tell much about a dealership when everything goes according to plan, it is just how it should be. Ken went above and beyond,However when things go awry, you then get to see what the dealership is all about. I can honestly say Earnhardt kia showed up when it mattered. They fought for me in everything they did. Ken is an awesome that genuinely cares about the customers. The entire staff there is amazing.
