Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus Should be Ashamed Tex, "That Ain't No Bull", Earnhardt should be ashamed of himself. I brought my Lexus to an Earnhardt dealership for service and was pummeled with bull, very expensive, unauthorized, steaming bull. Automobiles purchased by me in the future and any service work performed will not take place at an Earnhardt dealership. think twice Lexus service was in a class of its own until its loaner policy changed. Now you must pay $25 plus fuel and mileage any time you get serviced. Chances are the loaner will be a corolla. When one buys a luxury vehicle, you expect premium service. I took my Lexus RX350 in for 30k service ($600-700). Service consultant was great. Just remember what the competition is offering. Tip: shop other Lexus dealership for service. each one has different policies related to loaner cars.
