I visited Napleton Hyundai today because I was in a situation where I had to get a new car because my previous car was considered a total loss due to an accident. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE I purchased a car - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a new $38,000 car and the entire staff was great - Until they had my $$. I put a $500.00 deposit down and I am STILL waiting on the refund 7 weeks later. The day l picked up my car, they all of the sudden realized that my refund could not be reversed off my card and I would get a check (You didn't know this?!?!? This is a terrible dealer. They will not fix my car that broke less than 2 months old because it got wet. This is a Ioniq 5 and they could not even test the charger because they could not plug it in. They also don't honor the price they have posted on there website.

Riverside Hyundai is great at selling cars but failed to be truthful in regards to warranty info. Purchased a new 2026 Tuscan Hybrid on 11/15/26. Claimed warranty was bumper to bumper was 5 yr for all service related maintenance and repairs. Better than the 2025 warranty of 3yr 36k. Took car in for first service and found out Hyundai dropped free maintenance on all 2026 models. NEVER SHARED WITH ME! I leased a new Tucson from Towne Hyundai in December for my son, working with Isaiah. The primary reason I chose this dealership was their specific end of year promotion promising to pay off my remaining lease payments. Since my previous lease was also from Towne, they had all my paperwork and confirmed the deal. I have a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe which I purchased new. From the beginning to the present I have been so pleased with the customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lounge is well appointed. I so appreciate the little perks like vacuuming the interior and free car washes.
