Good service department I've only been here to use their service department for my Chevy. They strive to do their best and provide quality customer service. You do have to schedule an appointment if you want anything looked at besides an oil change, which is done in a seperate shop area. They've been good about providing accurate and fair estimates on repairs. They have a very big and nice waiting room,including a semi-private area for kids to play and watch tv. Good Guys! I went here in search of a car for my daughter. They did not use high pressure to sell their cars, and they were very nice and tried to help me with what I was looking for and not what I wasn't. Their prices were (for the same type of vehicle) were better than any other dealer I went to. I would recommend them to anybody!
THOROBRED CHEVROLET WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY TOOK UNATHERIZED MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, THEY OWE ME 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS RIGHT NOW. Usually i never take the time to right a review but this was such a bad experience that i had no choice.
Great Service I have always serviced my Chevy Colorado at Thorobred Chevrolet. My truck is an 07' and I was having problems with my ignition switch. I took in my truck today to have it looked at and see what was needed to get fixed. Brian Spriggs a Service writer took care of me; what a nice guy. He assured me that I would have my truck back in no time. I got a call back from him to let me know it was ready for pick up within 3 hours. Best Dealership!! Having purchased many new GM Products over the past 3 decades from various dealerships, Thorobred Chevrolet has become our only source for the last 10 years. When purchasing vehicles and having them serviced, we know this is the best place to go. While in for maintenance we appreciate the 5 star service that begins at the service lane. We recently purchased 3 vehicles with Earnhardt and traded in 2 vehicles at the same time. One of the vehicles we purchased was A 2016 suburban. Within a day of taking it home I noticed the ac not working properly. Sonic course I contacted them letting them know this. They made it a hassle to get it back in there for them to look at it or even replace it. They wanted to keep it for almost 2 weeks. Also he didn't ask us if we liked the car or not and he just came to us with contract! No communication whatsoever! They are the worst!
Sales persons are rude! We went to test drive a car and the sales person didn't say a word about the car the whole time and when we asked sth about AC he was mad and told us he is not a mechanic!
They are way nicer than any other dealership. And honest.
