I've been thinking for a very long time how to write a review for someone as kind and caring as Raziya. There is a whole lot I can say about her but I'll use one word, superb. Raziya has been nothing but kind to me, she listens, she finds solutions and she acts. This is what you call excellent customer service. It has been a very quick turnaround regarding the issues with our AC unit. Management was able to secure a better vendor to inspect the problem, and they ultimately replaced the entire unit. The new vendor was professional, polite, and informative throughout the process. Most importantly, they listened to our concerns and communicated clearly, making us feel that our needs were heard and addressed.

Professional and attentive. Good communication and helpful to receive the weekly listing momentum report. The team made sure I had everything I need, and even went above and beyond to help resolve a little on-site issue while I was remote. Positive experience and would recommend.
