As a Vendor for Earnest Homes I have to say Raziya is by far the most professional and helpful Maintenance coordinator I have ever done business with. She helps me schedule with tenants and assists with logistics in regards to all the properties. 5 Stars to her! Love with working with them!

It's clear they value good communication and strive to provide excellent service. I truly appreciate RAZIYA, who has been simply GREAT in handling every issue or concern and addressing it professionally. I can now say that I would confidently recommend them to others.
This guys are absolutely professional. They answer on my questions and help me always. Last time we had a huge problem. Our water boiler broke. Raziya sent plumbers the next day. And the next morning we already had a brand new boiler installed. All this happened on the weekend. Raziya took her work phone home with her and was in touch with us. Thanks to your team. Our Maintenance Coordinator, Raziya, has really gone above and beyond for us. We even had a pretty large issue with the property management contact not responding to us and being very unavailable - Raziya assisted us with our other issue as well that wasn’t related to the maintenance coordination, which shows a dedication to the overall customer experience. Someone should give this person a raise!
Jesse is our property manager and has been managing my rental in Westcliffe Porter Ranch. The Earnest Homes team has been very attentive to our tenants and repair issues. I would recommend his team for anyone looking for property management who specializes in high end luxury homes!
