As a Vendor for Earnest Homes I have to say Raziya is by far the most professional and helpful Maintenance coordinator I have ever done business with. She helps me schedule with tenants and assists with logistics in regards to all the properties. 5 Stars to her! Love with working with them!

Raziya has been a great help! She is quick to answer any questions and help with any troubleshooting and we have had a great experience so far. Maintenance coordinator Raziya was very prompt and easy to work with! She was also very reliable and prompt. Our apt had an issue with the towel rack and she sent someone out next morning the handyman came and fixed it so quickly.
I've had a great experience with PMI. They have LATELY consistently been professional, accommodating, and highly responsive. Any concerns or requests were handled promptly and with care. It's clear they value good communication and strive to provide excellent service. I truly appreciate RAZIYA, who has been simply GREAT in handling every issue or concern and addressing it professionally. I can now say that I would confidently recommend them to others.
