Professional and attentive. Good communication and helpful to receive the weekly listing momentum report. The team made sure I had everything I need, and even went above and beyond to help resolve a little on-site issue while I was remote. Positive experience and would recommend.
I have been a tenant at an Earnest Homes managed apartment complex for almost a year now and I have only had good experiences. They communicate really well and carry out maintenance requests in a timely manner. I appreciate you Earnest Homes!
Working with Earnest home was great. They helped to work with on my HOA issue. Sophia took the time to understand my concerns, and we were able to reach a fair and reasonable solution. I really appreciated her professionalism and support.
My wife and I have been renting through Earnest Homes for a year and the experience has been very nice. Maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and professionally by Raziya. They seem like a great team!
