I've been thinking for a very long time how to write a review for someone as kind and caring as Raziya. There is a whole lot I can say about her but I'll use one word, superb. Raziya has been nothing but kind to me, she listens, she finds solutions and she acts. This is what you call excellent customer service. I’ve had a great experience working with Raziya over the past several months. She is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any issues that come up in my apartment, whether it’s something small like a broken fixture or a more urgent maintenance concern. Every time I’ve reached out, she has coordinated reliable professionals to handle the problem promptly and at no cost to me, which has made living here very easy and stress free. My wife and I have been renting through Earnest Homes for a year and the experience has been very nice. Maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and professionally by Raziya. They seem like a great team!

Based on my immediate experiences, I have not had a great experience moving in with Earnest Homes. I TRULY hope that the experience improves going forward, if it does I will update my review accordingly. I'm an owner with Earnest Homes. I've been managing with them for a while. They are very professional. Special thanks to Helen, she is the account manager. She is always there and always ready to answer my questions. I also want to show appreciation to Raziyah she has been really great. I've been speaking with her for the last few weeks and she is really knowledgeable even though her area of expertise is maintenance. Great job, Earnest. I am satisfied!
