Whoever is driving the company van today Saturday Feb 8th around 3pm Northbound 55 hwy... could have cost us our lives today! The van driver pulled and cut us off, we were in a fully loaded semi, we currently weigh 80k lbs! That would have cost all of us our lives!!

Wouldn’t recommend them they charged me 200 to come out and just flip a breaker instead of actually fixing the problem plus very bad communication. now have another heat and air company to actually fix the problem. Waste of money and time.

The customer service lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly. The tech that came out wasn’t outright rude but wasn’t overly friendly. Didn’t get any kind of summary of what they actually did. Tried to ask some general maintenance questions and felt like I was annoying him. Their prices are a little higher than other places we called, but someone recommended them so we gave them a shot for an AC tune up. Just felt like our business wasn’t appreciated. Thank you! On a very busy Friday, your technicians fit us into their schedule, with an emergency call that our air conditioning was not working. Tech, Houston, came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our unit (run capacitor). Houston was very knowledgeable and respectful, answering all our questions and checking our unit thoroughly; he even came back a second time, to make sure everything was running properly.
