I wish I could leave it with no stars because this place is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. I was referred to them by my insurance and “they” claimed to have a plan for my son for speech and nutrition. After a few visits I knew the provider had no qualifications to be given services. They did nothing for my son that I stopped services after entertaining a fe useless sessions. 3 years later they call me saying they had an incompetent accountant who didn’t charge me the correct amount and I owe them almost $300. Head Start Therapy Center. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for services for their child. They have a program individual and in group social skills: it includes OT, ST.... Staf are professional and knowledgeable. The Owner Deborah is professional gentle, helpful and good listener.
