Food and service is great but there is always a wait.
Service is pretty consistently bad when we go, but the food is phenomenal to make up for it. It's great comfort food that makes you feel cozy and nostalgic, but your drink refills will always be extremely slow or you'll just never get any. Pros and cons. Try to go when it's already busy for more attention. The slower it is the less you'll see a server If you need anything.
Other location closed for renovations, showed open online. Ran out of high chairs, when they became available, waitress did not capitalize on the availability. Never refilled waters and forgot to bring out part of the order.
