I was not provided with a tracking number. 10 days later. My part was still sitting on his back shelf. “It was the shippers fault”. So he was going to do it right away and send me a tracking number. That was on a Thursday. I called on Monday asking for the tracking number. It took a bit. He has to call me back. I get the number, it’s so new, that it’s not in the system. I call back. After 6 weeks of waiting for a brake booster and apparently twice the wrong part comes in. Won't reimburse the price paid and still waiting/hoping.
I’ve been dealing with Early Birds for 30 yrs. & they are awesome. My Son bought a ‘68 Firebird Convertible in 1982 & he totally restored the car from top to bottom (carpet, seats, door panels & much more) from Early Birds that I gifted him piece by piece over the yrs. I just bought replacement side view mirrors from Izzy who I’ve dealt with over that time. We’re so thankful for Early Birds being there!
completely inept. Ordered parts and gave my credit card March 20/24. I received confirmation, but nothing else. They haven't shipped and fail to answer their phones. Was told FINALLY I would hear something by the 17th of April. I still haven't. Just use Summit Racing, it will be faster and they actually care. Early Bird is a joke.
