dont waste your time. go somewhere else. honestly from the start it was a difficult process. when i first called for the appointment the person who answered the whole quickly said we need a referral. So i took them the referral she took it, but as soon as i walked in the waiting room was packed. there was not parking. it was already a disaster. Unfortunately upsetting that I had to deal with a two month grace period of my daughter not receiving services. Her Medicaid expired and we renewed it she was transferred to chip but only took effect first of February. We had to get an emergency insurance due to that two month grace period and when we got insurance in January I turned in the referral and insurance information. Didn’t hear back from an update for 3 weeks I called apparently they were waiting for the insurance. Called last two week of February see what is goin... read more

My son was referred here and even calling to schedule an appointment was enough for me. I called spoke to Amanda who answered the phone and ask what I was calling for. I stated I was trying to schedule an appointment for my son and she cut me off and said he needs a referral. I said you didn't even ask for his name or if he was given a referral for you to check. First impressions are critical, and unfortunately my experiences with the individual answering the phone have been consistently negative. The manner in which calls are handled reflects poorly on the practice. The representative has displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, often conveying that routine responsibilities are an inconvenience.
