Unfortunately upsetting that I had to deal with a two month grace period of my daughter not receiving services. Her Medicaid expired and we renewed it she was transferred to chip but only took effect first of February. We had to get an emergency insurance due to that two month grace period and when we got insurance in January I turned in the referral and insurance information. My son was referred here and even calling to schedule an appointment was enough for me. I called spoke to Amanda who answered the phone and ask what I was calling for. I stated I was trying to schedule an appointment for my son and she cut me off and said he needs a referral. I said you didn't even ask for his name or if he was given a referral for you to check. First impressions are critical, and unfortunately my experiences with the individual answering the phone have been consistently negative. The manner in which calls are handled reflects poorly on the practice. The representative has displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, often conveying that routine responsibilities are an inconvenience. I'm surprised with all the reviews. They have been doing great! The receptionists adjust the schedules for me all fast! My kids are talking more than before. The therapists are very kind and understanding. Even the location before it was moved ,behind Ernies cafe, was great!
