after some really bad packing, i found my area rug folded up and covered in spilled laundry detergent. i took it to a carpet cleaning place in temecula, hoping they could help. lucas was super honest and said the stains probably couldn't be fixed, so he didn't even charge me for trying. they could have just taken my money, but instead they saved me from wasting it. they also didn't charge me to get rid of the ruined rug. this kind of honesty means i'll definitely use their carpet cleaning services again. highly recommend!
