When Mr Carter replaced our roof we were happy with the job. We had several minor leaks afterward but Mr. Carter came out and corrected the problem. Now 6 years later we had a major leak and contacted Mr. Carter. He came out and when we saw the repair job we were mortified. He corrected the problem by black tarring a huge piece of the shingle material over the area that leaked. It looked horrible and was not the way to fix the issue.
