Ribs cooked good no seasoning no spice over smoke taste an brisket was dry no taste
Horrible!!! Brisket was like cardboard!! Ribs were dry!! Sausage was below average!! Would not eat there again!!

Earl says, "Dry brisket is definitely not something we are known for. Let us know when you come back through town so we can make it up to you. This is not a typical Earls experience."
The ribs had lots of fat on them and were very tough. The sauce was good.

Earl says, "Sue, did you speak to a manager about the ribs? We only buy high the highest quality meats and to be served "fatty" ribs seems like an anomaly. Please come back again the next time you are in OKC."
